Sat in the bar area and the bartender served us, he was attentive and friendly. They give you delicious warm bread here and for me that’s always a bonus. I got The Tuscan pasta, it was very good. Nice spot with solid food at a good price.

These were not your average tacos; they featured grilled ... large shrimp, perfectly chopped and wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Topped with a fresh mix of shredded lettuce, cabbage, tomato, cilantro, queso fresco, and a delicious mango jalapeño sauce, every bite was bursting with flavor. The accompanying French fries were a fantastic complement to the dish. The service at Aspen was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of wonderful. Comfortably Amazing! The Creamy Artichoke Spinich dip was a nice variation of exciting flavors with a smooth slightly tangy edge. The Cesar salad was the best I have ever had, with enough parmigian and rich creamy dressing throughout the salad. The shrimp tacos were a nice mix of fresh veggies, mango, seasonings and ... shrimp! The mojitos are the best in Colorado, believe me, we have searched for decades for one this perfect! The seating and temperature was perfect for both me and my wife, and that never happens. Wide menu. First time here, I had a burger and it was too charred for my taste; they will only cook burgers medium-well (🤔), which is stated on the menu. But today I had the cod and it was perfect: delicately cooked. Fresh vegetables were delicious -- nicely seasoned and not over-cooked. 😅 Nice place with a patio!

After a visit to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, wife and I were looking for some food. This was the closest place that had food choices for both of us. Wife had a build your own pasta plate, while I had the lunch 3-cheese bacon burger. Both of us cleaned the plate, but left enough room for some creme brule, which was also ... amazing. I really enjoy Aspen Grill. I've tried a few different chicken dishes and each of them are wonderfully flavorful, Chicken Picata, Artichoke Chicken, Chicken Marsala...and the prices are decent. The food is beautiful and delicious. The steak was a little overcooked, but still delicious 😋 Next time, we will ask for medium and not medium well. Our waiter was so friendly and polite. The tirimisu was amaaaaazing!!! We also had the tomato caprese. We will absolutely be back!!!
